My name is Name and I am the local Community Coordinator for Healthy Kids Running Series - West Chester, PA! We are reaching out to you in regards to an incredible Sponsorship Opportunity for our 5 week running program!

We offer a five week youth running program for ages 2-14 helping kids to Get Up and Go! It’s our mission to engage community businesses, families & children by providing an inclusive youth running experience, inspiring kids to believe in themselves and lead an active healthy lifestyle. Nationally, since our start in 2009, Healthy Kids Running Series has positively impacted over 500,000 youth runners across the United States!

Our local program is set to take place Sundays April 23rd, 30th, May 7th, 14th, and 21st at East Goshen Twp Park, 5pm race start time. If you're interested, we encourage our paid sponsors to join us on race day, set up a table and engage with the families plus get a ton of additional benefits!

Our local sponsors help to offset race expenses including t-shirts, medals, trophies, insurance fees, facility fees, and more. We depend on local businesses, big & small, to give back to their community by supporting our program. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider supporting HKRS – West Chester, PA!

With sponsoring HKRS West Chester at a $300 cash sponsorship, the benefits you will receive are:

• 18 X 24" printed yard stake signage with company logo displayed at Race Day

• 3 free registrations to the local Series (you can also give these away as a raffle as 3 individual coupon codes!

• 5 days of vendor space at our race events at East Goshen Twp Park (come set up a table, help us stretch the kiddos, hand out promotional items, give goodies to go in our race packets, engage with the community!)

• Logo promotion on all social channels - local town page on the HKRS website, local Series Facebook page, RunSignup registration website, RunSignup registration emails to runners

• Logo promotion on local Series Flyers
